# Funding Banker

## Description

Funding Banker is a SaaS for startup founders managing their fundraise. The platform will help them manage the entire lifecycle of their round by providing:
- A pitch storage feature where they can manage different versions of their pitch deck and their share link
- A curated investor list, made up of VCs, Corporate VCs, angels, Accelerators, and family offices around the world, with full detail, their geographical, industrial, and stage-wise focus along with the typical ticket size. This list allow the founders to find the relavant investors in just a few clicks, saving weeks of research.
- An application tracker, where every application submitted and every subsequent response and status update is tracked.
- A curated document resource library, made with term-sheets, contracts, agreements, etc. provided by the investors and industry leaders.
- Statistics, providing the effectiveness of each approach, pitch deck, etc.

Our directory holds these information about each investor:
- Official name
- Trade name
- Website and other links, such as LinkedIn and Crunchbase
- HQ location
- Type (VC, angel, etc.)
- Industries they focus
- geographical areas they focus
- stages areas they focus
- Ticket size, with multi currency support
- Investment instruments, such as SAFE, convertible note, etc.
- Whether they lead a round
- Whether they follow up on investments
- Whether they accept cold applications
- Min number of founders they require
- Min MRR they require
- Other requirements
- Customized tags
- Editorial notes

## What it replaces

- Manual internet search, looking for founders
- Pure-directory services, where only the names of the investors are provided
- Spreadsheets and note taking apps to track the sent applications

## AI assistant access (MCP)

Funding Banker is a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so a founder can connect their own AI assistant and run their fundraise conversationally instead of through the web app.

- Works with any MCP-compatible client, including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code.
- Connecting is one click. The client sends the founder to Funding Banker, they sign in and approve, and the client receives its own credential — there is no API key or token to copy anywhere, and the server URL above is the same for every account.
- Requires an active subscription. There is no separate charge for it.

What a connected assistant can do:
- Read the founder's projects, funding rounds, applications, pitch decks, private notes and the investor directory
- Record applications to investors, log the conversations that follow, update an application's status, save notes, and mark investors as suitable for a round
- It acts as the founder, within the permissions they approved, and anything it records appears in their account exactly as if they had entered it themselves
- The founder can revoke any assistant at any time, and revocation takes effect on that assistant's next request

Finding investors through an assistant is two steps, by design:
- A search that returns compact rows — the investor's name, whether they fit the round's country, industry and stage, whether they accept cold applications, and whether they lead rounds. Cheap to call and to page through.
- Opening a full investor profile, which is metered against a monthly allowance. So an assistant should rank on the search results first and open only the investors that survive that. Re-opening an investor already seen costs nothing.

An assistant can also pick up where a previous conversation stopped, because the server records which investors an assistant has already opened.

## Pricing

Two tiers: a free tier, and one paid plan called "Full access". There are no per-seat charges, no add-ons, and no success fees.

The free tier is the fundraising workspace — free forever, no credit card required. It includes:
- Unlimited projects and funding rounds
- The application tracker, with a conversation log on every application
- The pitch deck library

"Full access" adds the curated and connected parts of the platform, on top of everything in the free tier:
- The curated investor directory — search, full investor profiles, and filtering by stage, geography, industry and ticket size
- Per-round suitability marks and private notes on investors
- The document resource library (term sheets, SAFEs, contracts, etc.)
- Connecting your own AI assistant over MCP (see "AI assistant access" above)

"Full access" is offered on two billing periods, and the price depends on the customer's region.

Annual subscription:
- 299 EUR/year for countries using EUR
- 299 GBP/year for UK
- 11,999 INR/year for India
- 299 USD/year for US and rest of the world

Monthly subscription:
- 59 EUR/month for countries using EUR
- 59 GBP/month for UK
- 2,999 INR/month for India
- 59 USD/month for US and rest of the world

Both billing periods unlock the same platform. Subscribers can switch between monthly and annual at any time from their profile, and cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Payments are non-refundable. If a subscription lapses, the account returns to the free tier: projects, applications and pitch decks stay accessible, while the investor directory and resource library lock.
